Benefits of Making a Wine

As I am enjoying this wonderful weekend day of Sunday, I am also inspired to write something about the significance of my blog's title which is Making a Wine thus I came up with this post. When we participate in making wine, it means that we are in full control of all its ingredients same thing with our life, it is always a plus factor for us if we are constantly in control of all things related to it such as its goals, aspirations, dreams and others.

In the actual wine making, one of its positive attributes is that it can give us a very meaningful learning experience. It allows us to identify its complex process that involves understanding the interplay of heaps of factors such as grape selection, fermentation, aging, and bottling. Engaging in winemaking can usher us to valuable insights into agricultural practices, microbiology, chemistry and more. Similar to this, in life also we are ushered into a deep understanding of the interwoven mystery among one to the others. When we allow ourselves to undergo the deep process of self understanding, it is then that we will start to savour the beauty of intermingling with other people's lives.

Another positive contribution of us getting involve in making wine is its health benefits. As it is said, moderate consumption of red wine is associated with various health benefits and thanks especially to compounds like resveratrol anbd antioxidants found in grape skins. While these benefits are more closely linked to consumption rather than production, knowing exactly what goes into our wine can enhance our apporeciation of its potential health benefits.  Similar to this are those benefits to our health when we come up with positive relationships with ourselves and with others. As commomnly said, no man is an island therefore we are all expected to engage with others regardless of who we are. The challenge then that is left for us is how could we openly extend ourselves to others without overlapping the boundaries between ourselves and them.
